However, Samsung is not popularly known for releasing software updates to their users but after the disaster of Note 7, company is trying to come out of this and focusing more to retain other customers by engaging with other offers and updates.
In the recent post shared that XDA, has given hint of starting Android Nougat Beta Program for Galaxy S7 Edge (expected first in US and UK). Through this program, selected Galaxy S7 Edge (might Galaxy S7 ) users will get the chance to install the Android Nougat update for beta testing.
To be the part of this testing program, users have to register first with the app called “Galaxy Beta Program” which is now only available in UK but expected to expand soon in US and other regions. As this is beta testing Android Nougat, users might face glitches and other bugs which will automatically send an acknowledgement to the developers to fix them for the stable release.
However, there is no official sign from Samsung about this beta program yet, but one of the XDA-Developer member mariolcela had initiated a thread where users are able to download and use the app and as of now they are getting server error issue while the Users in the UK are claiming they are able to register successfully at this time.
