Samsung Gear S2 gets an update, brings S3 features
This year at IFA, Samsung had launched the Gear S3 Watch that took smart watch technology to another level. However, Korean technology giant did not let down the Gear S2 by continue selling and releasing timely updates to keep users engaged with it.
Samsung has recently aired the update for both Gear S2 and S2 Classic which brings most of the features which was introduced with the latest most Gear S3.
The main highlight of the update is the Gear S3’s watch faces which are very intuitive and interactive in terms of usability. However, Tizen wear eco system is still under development still has no short of watch design but after this update users will get few more options to choose from.
New input and control features from the Gear S3 have also been included in this update. The redesigned Handwriting mode is incorporated too – you can scribble messages on the watch in English, Korean or Chinese one character at a once, without waiting for the previous one to be recognized. Users now can scribble, dictate or send an emoji using the default keyboard.
